Personal Attendant:  Nicholas CAP Senior Programs is looking for motivated and responsible employees in the Nicholas County areas to assist elderly and disabled clients in their homes. All applicants must be drug free, have a WV driver’s license and pass a background check. Applicants must be available for all shifts. Applications can be submitted in person at the Nicholas CAP Senior Programs office located at 1205 Broad St. in Summersville (by Dairy Queen). Substitute Home Delivered Meal Driver Summersville WV: Nicholas CAP, Inc. has an immediate opening for a substitute home-delivered Meal Driver for the Summersville Senior Center.    Individual is responsible for assisting staff at the Senior Center and delivering home-delivered meals in the Summersville area.  Requirements include pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing, basic trainings such as CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers.   Please apply in person at the Nicholas CAP office located at 1205 Broad Street, Summersville, WV 26651.  Closing date for applications is 4pm on Monday March 5, 2018.  Senior Programs are funded by Bureau of Senior Services and Appalachian Area on Aging. Handyman / Repair Maintenance Person:  Nicholas Community Action Partnership, Inc. has an immediate opening for a contractual position of Maintenance/Repair for Head Start Learning Centers in Mt. Substitute Teaching Assistant / Bus Monitor:  Nicholas Community Action Partnership, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Substitute Teaching Assistant / Bus Monitor for all areas of the county.  Applicant must have high school diploma or GED.   Applicant must demonstrate efficient verbal and written skills and abilities to communicate with children and families, staff, and completion of required reports.  Experience with preschool children and ACDS or CDA certification preferred.
